This commercial system was installed on a school in Buda, Texas.  It was designed and installed by Innovative Water Solutions LLC.  The system collects rainwater from approximately 45,000 sf of roof area.  It also collects AC condensate which helps to provide a constant source of water during the summer months in Texas.  The rainwater and condensate collects into a 12” pipe that runs around the school and connects to each internal roof drain pipe.  The inlet and overflow pipes are incorporated inside the cisterns.  Combined, the two Corgal cisterns provides 106,000 gallons of storage.  The rainwater is pumped from the cisterns through a 5 hp Flint&Walling pump with an Flint&Walling Artesian brand variable speed controller.  We installed a 2” Amiad Tee filter to keep debris from clogging any sprinkler heads.  This pump system was enclosed in a HotBox enclosure.
