Joe has been utilizing rainwater for potable household use since 2001. His initial experience with the local conventional wisdom “experts” made him realize the lack of knowledge and understanding for the critical concepts of rainwater harvesting. This led Joe to international travels to learn from world class experts in rainwater harvesting. Joe then became involved in ARCSA in order to promote better practices, designs and expertise in the rainwater collection industry.

ARCSA Accredited Professional Texas Rainwater Catchment Association, Treasurer American Rainwater Catchment Systems Association, Secretary BBA University of Texas, Austin MPA University of Texas, Austin CPA licensed in Texas, 30+ years of private practice Real Estate Salesman licensed in Texas Certified Financial Planner Designee.
